Community Resource Directory
The Authoritative Resource Guide to Human Services
United Way's Community Resource Directory is San Antonio's most comprehensive guide to human care services. It describes 2,360 programs of 659 nonprofit, voluntary and tax-supported organizations operating in health, social welfare, education and related fields available throughout Bexar County. The directory also includes over 200 agencies available in 11 surrounding counties.
The 25th Edition presents the most current information on existing services compiled by United Way's Information and Referral service.
Well-organized information of this type is essential to community agencies, health professionals, labor unions, personnel managers, social service professionals, attorneys, teachers, clergy and government officials to name a few.
Published by United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County, the directory is recognized as the community's authoritative resource to health and human care services. It continues a tradition that was started in 1952 with the publication of the first guide known as the Blue Book.
