United Way is not currently taking applications. In order to obtain United Way funding or to become a United Way member agency please review the Program Solicitaion when approved by United Way's three Issue Councils.

What is the Process for Program Solicitation?

The way to get United Way funding or to become a United Way member agency is to successfully complete in resopnse to a Program Solicitation (aka "a Request for Proposals -- RFP") published by any of our three issue Councils.

Each Issue Council has identified three proirity concerns and the sequence in which they are being addressed. All Issue Councils are currently workign on their first priority.

Currently, the application period for proposals addressing Priority 1 in each council has passed. The application periods for priorities 2 and 3 have not been announced.
