WLC Membership Benefits

Members of the Women’s Leadership Council (WLC) are entitled to all of the benefits for United Way Leadership Givers. In addition, the WLC provides many ways for you to get involved, get connected, and pursue your passion.

Volunteer Projects

Participate in a variety of meaningful volunteer opportunities in the community customized to your interests. For example, join a team of women providing their professional expertise to “adopted” early childhood daycare centers.

Committee Engagement

Drive advances in targeted areas that address the causes you care most about. You can also choose to serve on committees for events and philanthropy, volunteerism and advocacy, networking, membership and outreach.

Networking Initiative

Attend sessions designed to create networking and roundtable opportunities. This initiative provides a platform for women’s affinity groups at corporations throughout the city to link, collaborate, and strengthen the pipeline of women leaders.
